- initial movement assessment
- access to the client app
- unlimited video submissions for analysis
- 24/7 email access to the coach, with a guaranteed reply within 24 hours
- workouts completed are reviewed once per day for coaching, comments, & questions
- scheduled video or audio call once per week up to 30min (optional, no additional charge)
- example: a plan can be based on general fitness & weight loss, gain, skill or sport specific, and/or stability & endurance training
- access to all available specialty programs to include Powerlifting & Olympic Weightlifting cycles, and all challenges!
Personal Training Programming Only

Although the best results are best combined with nutrition coaching, Personal Training without the nutritional coaching is available for $80/mo. App access is included in this option.
