  • custom workout plan composed according to performance goals, schedule, & experience; plans are revisable and adjusted appropriately for individual needs & progression

  • initial movement assessment
  • access to the client app
  • unlimited video submissions for analysis
  • 24/7 email access to the coach, with a guaranteed reply within 24 hours
  • workouts completed are reviewed once per day for coaching, comments, & questions
  • scheduled video or audio call once per week up to 30min (optional, no additional charge)
  • example: a plan can be based on general fitness & weight loss, gain, skill or sport specific, and/or stability & endurance training
  • access to all available specialty programs to include Powerlifting & Olympic Weightlifting cycles, and all challenges!
